Leon Panetta is former Congressman, director of OBM and White House Chief of Staff. He served before and during the Clinton Administration. There is nothing, nada, zip, zilch in his background to suggest he has any competence to be Director CIA.

Panetta is a political hack. That is his resume. That is his experience. He brings nothing to the table regarding national security.
